Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers. The only data that reaches me is what you type into the enquiry form yourself.

When you visit this site

The hosting provider records each request in a server log: IP address, time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is technically unavoidable and serves security and fault diagnosis. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating the site securely. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are not combined with anything else.

The enquiry form

What you enter — name, business, email, optionally a phone number and website, and your message — is stored on my hosting space and additionally sent to me by email so that I can answer you. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract). To defend against automated abuse, the form records the time it took to fill in and a one-way hash of your IP address; the address itself is not stored. Your enquiry is deleted once it has been dealt with and no commercial correspondence requires it to be kept.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR forms part of Hostinger's terms of service. No data leaves the European Union.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies, no local storage, no tracking pixels
  • No analytics — not Google Analytics, not anything else
  • No fonts, maps, videos or scripts loaded from third-party servers
  • No advertising networks and no profiling
  • No newsletter and no mailing list

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the data held about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Write to the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia.

If this site gains new functions, this page will be updated to match. It always describes what the site actually does today.
